Flora is operated by one of the top Indian chef, Baby Thomas, and his wife Molly.

Baby has more than 30 years experience working as a chef and managing restaurants. The team behind the scenes also have vast experience as cooks and chefs. All the chefs have worked for many years in top, five star hotels in India.
